If you have an insurance plans we don’t accept, we are are considered an “Out of Network Provider”. Out of Network (OON) benefits vary depending on your insurance plan. Meadowlark Counseling will provide you with the documentation called “Superbills” for you to file a claim with your insurance company.
Ask your insurance company about “out-of-network outpatient behavioral health benefits” by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
Here are some helpful examples of questions you might ask:
What are my mental/behavioral health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? Has it been met or how close is it to being met?
Is there a limit to the amount of covered mental health sessions?
What is the reimbursement rate for an out-of-network mental health provider?
How do I submit a claim for reimbursement with an out-of-network provider?
Does my plan cover telehealth services? (if you’re doing online therapy)

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to use pre-tax income.
